The entire apartment is very cozy and tastefully furnished. Excellent equipment; nothing is missing. We would have liked to stay longer and would book again on our next visit to Nice. Iris (the owner) was very friendly and gave us a great welcome and supported us with her tips. The underground parking garage in the building was also very helpful.

The holiday apartment is located in a newly built apartment complex in the immediate vicinity of the airport, the promenade, a shopping mall and a train station, and is therefore well suited for day trips on the French Riviera. Despite the busy road and the flight path in front of the house, the apartment on the 5th floor is quiet enough and the large balcony offers a great view of the planes flying in and out. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and the kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for a longer stay. The fresh flowers, chilled wine and snacks make you feel instantly welcome. The large double bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The building has a very well-located underground parking space, and the apartment can be reached practically by elevator. The apartment owner, Iris, was very nice even before arrival, and the key handover and check-out also went smoothly. We stayed for 5 nights and would have liked to stay longer, not only because of the beautiful cities in the surrounding area. On our trip, this was probably the most thoughtfully designed apartment, as it truly lacked nothing.

Iris and Martijn are already extremely kind people, their place is really TOP-NOTCH with all the necessary quality equipment for a great stay with a magnificent sea view and a rooftop pool plus an underground parking space! I recommend it and I plan to go back sometime... 😉👌
